Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

 

Cancellation policy:

- 21 days or more before the lesson start --> No charge

- 15-20 days before lesson -->  50% of cost will be charged

- 0-14 days before lesson --> 100% of cost will be charged

- No show from guest --> 100% of cost will be charged

 

General:

-Participants must be covered by an appropriate winter sports travel insurance that includes off piste areas.

-Propeak operates regardless of weather conditions and lift operations. 

-No compensation or refund will be made in case of bad weather or issues out of Propeak control (snow conditions/strong wind/lift failure/maintenance etc).

-No refunds will be issued if the participation in the snow sport activity is terminated because of your choice

-When booking a lesson/guide the guests accept that Propeak and its employees will not be held liable for injuries or accidents occurring before, during or after the lessons/guides or during resort transfers via car.

-Propeak employees are not responsible for any lost or stolen equipment.

-Photos or videos taken during the lessons/guides are Propeak property and may be used in promotional material unless specifically advised in advance 

 

- Lift passes and ski/snowboard equipment are not included in the lesson price

- The lesson starts at the agreed time, any extension of the lesson due to late arrival, is up to individual instructor discretion.

-The pick up and drop off service needs to be reserved in advance. The service can be arranged for full day lessons/guides only.

-a JPY 5,000 fee will apply to any modification made within 14 days of your lessons beginning

 

Payment conditions:

-All lessons must be paid in advance. If the payment is not made in full, Propeak reserves the right to cancel the reservation

-Bookings are not deemed confirmed until full payment has been received by Propeak

-Any upgrade to a product must be paid at least one day in advance

-Payment of the lesson constitute acceptance of our terms and conditions

-Payments for bookings can be made via the online link provided or bank transfer.

All transfers fee will be borne by the payer at both ends of the transaction

OFF PISTE GUIDING

 

-Guests must respect the Niseko rules at all time

-The guide will assess the guest ability before making a final decision regarding any off-piste areas 

-Guests accept that skiing off piste and in the backcountry are dangerous activities and Propeak guides will not be held liable in the event of an accident, injury or death. In the event of an emergency rescue, the guest is responsible for all costs associated with its recovery.

Refunds are subject to a JPY 5,000 administration fee.
